Tilly Shaw
Tilly Shaw , originally from Darlington, creates her miniature driftwood houses using driftwood, sea worn ceramics and found objects collected on her regular beachside walks.
Tilly's miniature sculptures are inspired by the cottages and streets of Staithes and neighbouring coastal villages. The shape of the objects and the effect of the sea and the elements provide the inspiration for the design and form of the finished pieces.
